CONSTRUCTION
We have sighted photo evidence that the vessel has been completely rebuilt. The only original sections of vessel are the hull planking, keel cross-floors and frames. The entire deck structure, cabins, internal floors bulkheads and interior furnishings has been completely removed and replaced with new structure. The entire hull has been fitted with new frames, refastened and new keel bolts fitted. The workmanship sighted is in keeping with good trade practices for this type of structure.
Frames:60 mm x 40 mm fitted at 100mm centres.
Beams:75 mm x 50 mm laminated fitted at 350 mm centres.
Bulkheads:Half bulkheads fitted. None water tight.
Plating:32 mm Spotted Gum hardwood up to the water line and semi hardwood to sheer.
Keel:Lead keel fitted to shallow draft-designed hull.
ACCOMMODATION
The vessel is fitted with upper and lower berths fitted forward and to the starboard side. A double berth is also fitted aft of the galley under the cockpit. Main
Saloon:
The sail locker, fitted forward, doubles as a toilet and shower with a hand basin fitted to the starboard side. The chain locker is fitted forward with plenty of access to the anchor equipment through the sail locker deck hatch.
Aft of the sail locker is the two forward berths to the starboard side and a chart table to the port side. General lockers are also available for the crew’s personal items.
The large dinette/lounge is fitted forward of the galley. The upholstered cushions are new leather and surround the timber table fitted midships. A Samsung colour television is fitted with a Teac DVD player and quality sound system.
The saloon has been designed for the comfort of passengers for long range cruising and is fitted out with quality polished timber in a style suitable to the vessels era. The vessel is fitted with Bose speakers throughout the vessel.
Galley:
On the port side of the galley a 2 burner Tudor stove oven/grill is fitted with generous lockers fitted under the galley benches.
The auxiliary engine is fitted between the galley and the after double berth. A second nav-station is fitted on the starboard side of the auxiliary engine box.
The interior is in as new condition. The refit, while 20 years old, does not reflect as the vessel is being maintained to a high standard.
The galley is fitted across the vessel and to the starboard side and is fitted with a stainless steel sink with a cold water hand pump. A top load custom built fridge is also fitted.
Cockpit:
The vessels decks are traditionally Queensland White Beech with Sikaflex seams. The exterior of the cabin and trims are polished Red Bean Mahogany, all in very good condition. The vessel is fitted with numerous covers, all protecting the condition of the exterior of the vessel.
The vessel’s cockpit is aft of the midships entrance to the saloon and is fitted with windscreens, hardtop and removal clear side curtains. It is well appointed to sail the vessel in any weather.

BD050 unit.

to the galley on the Starboard side.

Tiller fitted in the cockpit.

TENDER
The vessel is fitted with a 2.4 metre fibreglass reinforced plastic dinghy, currently
stowed on top of the trunk cabin. A Yamaha 3hp outboard model 3MAH Serial No
076028 is stowed on the push pit rail.
SAILING EQUIPMENT
The vessel is fitted with a single timber mast, reported to have been out of the vessel 7
years ago for painting. The side stays are galvanized wires, now 9 years old, and are
showing slight rust. Owners advise that these are to be replaced next year. The fore and aft rigging is stainless steel in good condition. This sailing equipment appears to be in good condition and being well looked after by the present Owners.
The vessel is fitted with the following sail wardrobe:

GENERAL COMMENT
The vessel "Ena II" is a timber mono hulled cruising yacht, and when inspected was in very good condition for its age. The underwater section of the vessel, while original, has been well maintained and regularly slipped.
The present owners are carrying out this maintenance with care, and in a professional manner. They live on board in the Marina at Roslyn Bay.
No testing of any equipment was carried out during this inspection.
